My name is Persephone. You can call me Seph!

My practice, The Constellation, is how I bring to life the connections between my training and experiences as a Social Researcher, Educator, Facilitator, Maker, Writer, Healer, and Friend.

In my life and work, I am always encountering intersections and possibilities. I am endlessly curious about what we can create if we are willing to be open, learn, imagine, and then manifest our dreams and goals for and with each other.

This Practice allows me to do that.

How It Works (generally)…

In our 3, 6, or 9 months working together, I am your working partner and accountability buddy. We’ll have weekly sessions to check on progress towards goals and through blocks, and also to celebrate wins and breakthroughs!

I will support and challenge you, help break tasks into manageable parts, and participate in practices like brainstorms, mind-maps, journaling, collaging,
and vision boarding with you. I’ll also pass along resources, opportunities, and connections that suit your journey.

At the end of our time together, you will have both accomplished the goal we set out to achieve, as well as uncovering wins, strengths - and yes, new challenges to tackle - in other aspects of your life.
